The RNLI lifeboat at Kinghorn had a welcome donation to their funds recently. The £200 donation was gifted by the Rosyth and West Fife Royal Naval Association.

Social Secretary of the association, Barbara Firth said: ‘Every year our members raise funds for various local charities and this year we decided that the RNLI lifeboat at Kinghorn would be one of our worthy causes. We raise around £600 per year for charity and at every function we hold, even barbeques, we run raffles and such like to raise the funds. We also operate a bottle stall every year at Inverkeithing Highland Games. The money is then spread around Fife based charities.’
