Competitors at Rolex Capri Sailing Week arrived at the Yacht Club Capri, to find that racing was highly unlikely due to a lack of wind. Shortly after midday, the race committee announced that there would be no racing today. Therefore, last night’s standings were the final results for Rolex Capri Sailing Week 2010.

May 28, 2010 (Medemblik, Holland) – Australians Mat Belcher and Malcolm Page bested the rest of the 81-boat fleet in the Men’s 470 at the Delta Lloyd Regatta today. Their consistent and spectacular performance leapfrogged them into fourth place overall, having started the day in 14th place. They’ll be off to an early start on Saturday morning to sail the final two fleet races with the goal of being one of the top ten teams to qualify for Saturday evening’s double-point medal race for the podium positions at the 5th ISAF World Cup event of the year.
