Gravesend RNLI lifeboat were requested to launch by London Coastguard on Saturday evening to five people in two small boats which had been blown ashore in a squall.
Harris Corporation Receives $9.5 Million Contract to Support Australia Department of Defence Communications Modernization
ROCHESTER, N.Y. and BRISBANE, Australia, Aug. 31 — Harris Corporation (NYSE: HRS), an international communications and information technology company, has received a $9.5 million contract to provide engineering services to support the Australia Department of Defence Land 200 communications modernization program.
The three-year contract from Elbit Systems calls for Harris to provide engineering services to integrate its Falcon(R) tactical radio systems into the Battle Management System being developed by Elbit for the Australian Defence Forces (ADF).

Arklow RNLI rescues brother and sister after vessel capsizes

A brother and sister were rescued yesterday (Sunday 29 August) by Arklow RNLI lifeboat volunteers when the small dinghy they were in got into difficulty a half mile south of Mizen Head. The Coast Guard was alerted when a member of the public at the European Golf Club saw that a dinghy appeared to have capsized and two people were in difficulty in the water. Arklow RNLI was immediately requested to launch.
Rosslare RNLI bring two to safety on submerged catamaran

Volunteer lifeboat crew with Rosslare RNLI brought two people to safety after the catamaran they were on started taking on water one mile south of Carne on Friday evening (27 August). The call for help was received at 6.28pm.
