Debate updates: Biden requested breaks, Trump “doesn’t have to hold back at all”

With 35 days to Election Day 2020 (and just hours to the first debate!), here’s the news that you’ll want to know:

(1) It’s debate day! Nearly 75% of registered voters will be watching.

(2) Kamala Harris may temporarily leave the campaign trail to join Amy Coney Barrett’s SCOTUS confirmation

(3) New York City voters reporting major issues with their mail-in ballots: other peoples’ names on the envelopes!

And on the campaign trail today:

President Trump and Joe Biden will meet at the first presidential debate tonight at 9pm Eastern in Cleveland, Ohio. They won’t wear masks but they won’t shake hands at the debate due to COVID precautions. There will be a small live audience, estimated to be about 60 people compared to the normal 900 to 1,200 at a debate, according to CNN.

Milan Bergamo continues to advance, developing service and product offers

While the aviation sector has been one of the worst hit by the COVID-19 pandemic, Milan Bergamo Airport has been working hard with its stakeholders to advance and improve its service and product offering, particularly important at a time when passenger travel habits have changed considerably in previous months. “We have noticed that domestic travel has become an even more important market as people look to discover their own nation as a result of continuous border control changes imposed by government,” comments Giacomo Cattaneo, Director Commercial Aviation, SACBO. “As a result, and in response to demand, Ryanair has added additional frequencies on its routes to Bari, Catania, Naples and Palermo from the start of October. Collectively, this extra capacity will result in 12 further departures per week to these four destinations.”
